Pat oversees all aspects of Robinette's accounts receivable department. Pat's experience with demolition companies and industry accounting is key to our detailed accounting systems and procedures. She has extensive experience working in billings, payables, and customer service. She has been with the company for 22 years and is also the executive assistant of John Robinette, (VP). Her attention to detail and software knowledge is the basis for the excellent work she does and has made her an integral part of Robinette's day to day operations.
Executive Administrative to President
Beverly has been a part of the Robinette Team for ten years. She has experience working in the construction/demolition field for over 19 years. Beverly's background in office management, industry software and customer care is essential for the demanding day to day operations of Robinette. As Executive Administrative right hand to Tom Robinette, Beverly can handle all aspects of a very heavy work load including, blue prints, estimating docs, insurance, customer service, scheduling, cost breakdowns and more.
Tony oversees all aspects of Robinette's accounting department. His experience with construction accounting is key to our detailed accounting systems and procedures. Tony's responsibilities include payroll, monthly union reporting, accounts payable, and the monthly preparation and analysis of the financial statements for upper management to use as a decision making tool for the company. Tony has been with Robinette for fourteen years and knows the 'ins and outs' of Robinette's operations. His background in accounting and customer care has proven to be an advantage to our accounting systems.
Jamie started as Robinette's receptionist over 12 years ago and has grown into a multifaceted member of the team. Not only is Jamie the voice of Robinette but she maintains a number of key records and documents essential for the proper upkeep of our accounting, project and employee systems. Jamie has 13 plus years dealing with phone systems and customer care and her experience is evident with the busy daily activities at the Robinette offices.
